Returns & Exchanges

At Vat19, we want you to be awesome and satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn apparel. If your style isn't clicking, we'll help you swap it out for something that truly pops.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack It Up

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop and Ship

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point to start the journey back to our warehouse.
